Set during the twilight of the golden age of piracy, The Sea Dog is the first part of an envisioned mini-series about the rise of a charismatic young pirate captain who leads his crew from the embattled Caribbean to the new and promising spoils of Madagascar and the Indian Ocean, all while being chased by His Majesty’s Royal Navy and rival pirates.
